Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
- Handle all aspects of food preparation, including dough stretching, topping assembly, and baking to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
- Assist with food service by efficiently managing orders during busy hours to deliver timely service to customers
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure safe meal preparation
- Support the team in meal assembly and other kitchen tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations




- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when restocking is required

Qualifications

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in pizza or similar cuisine preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety protocols
- Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with meal preparation and food industry standards is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving restaurant needs

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
