Want to work for the future of program evaluation? We are seeking a Program Evaluator to execute assessments and evaluate community programs. In this role, you will design and implement evaluation strategies that measure program effectiveness, inform decision-making, and enhance community impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust evaluation frameworks and methodologies tailored to community program goals and objectives
- Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using Excel and PowerBI
- Design surveys, interviews, focus groups, and other research instruments to gather comprehensive program insights
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to identify trends, measure outcomes, and assess program impact
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with program teams to integrate evaluation insights into strategic planning and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate records of data collection processes, analysis procedures, and research documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program evaluation or research within community or social service settings
- Solid proficiency in data analysis skills using Excel and PowerBI
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute research studies from inception through reporting phases
- Familiarity with data collection methods including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observational techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Formal education in social sciences, data management, or use of artificial intelligence is required
- Bachelor’s degree (any field) is an asset but not mandatory
