Requirements:
- Fluent in verbal and written English, ability to speak Cantonese is a must
- Post-secondary education in Business or related field would be an asset
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent ability to communicate with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Professional client service skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite.
- Exceptionally organized with a great ability to multitask.
- Possess a high level of initiative to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- 1-2 years experience in financial industry is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisor clients/prospects, client onboarding documentations
- Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to details. Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
- Respond to client inquiries (account transactions, requests account documentation, account reporting, etc.).
- Help manage incoming communications from clients, insurance companies, mutual fund companies, and other internal and external partners.
- Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients: manage timelines and key dates for accounts
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary documentation in compliance with internal controls and industry regulatory requirements. Maintain complete and up-to-date client files within appropriate systems.
- Commit to rigorous follow up to all client transactions (investment trades, insurance, and loan applications) to ensure proper processing and minimization of errors.
- Assist advisor in prospecting, marketing, client seminars and client appreciation events
