What You’ll Do

As a Supervisor, you'll be expected to "Execute with Excellence" in a variety of tasks. Here’s a shortlist of general responsibilities you’d have on a day-to-day basis.

- Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests and fellow Team Members.
- Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. Fillet, bread, and cook raw chicken. Assemble and prepare our Chicken Sandwiches, Waffle Fries, and more! Rigorously adhere to food safety and restaurant security policy. Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work workplace. Work with a sense of urgency and gracious hospitality in all positions.
- Open or Close the restaurant in alignment with given procedures.
- Work Full Time 35-44 hours per week, depending on business needs.
- Complete all Checklists that are needed to uphold our food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Champion fellow Team Members on a day to day basis with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Cultivate the Culture that Chick-fil-A is known for by creating an environment where all team members are safe and valued.

We are looking to hire adults (age 18 and up) to work at both locations. Applicants must be Canadian Citizens or have a valid work permit allowing them to work in Canada. They must also be available to work the entire business day Saturday.
