Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift

Available shifts:

· Day Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

· Afternoon Shift - 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Description:

The chosen candidate will be responsible for working as an operator in a printed circuit board manufacturing plant environment. Essential job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

· Operating semi-automated production equipment in a fast-paced PCB (Printed Circuit Board) manufacturing environment in various departments

· Some manual labour work during production processing





· Careful and constant observation of strict safety measures as handling of potentially dangerous chemicals will be involved in most production areas

· Maintaining a high level of cleanliness as this is critical for the manufacturing process;
Training is provided for specific skills and tasks.

Attributes and Qualifications:

· Secondary School (grade 12) Diploma and relevant work experience

· Ability to communicate and read effectively in English

· Ability to work with minimum or no supervision in a team or individual setting in a clean and protected work environment

· Reliable, dependable and willingness to learn in a continuous improvement environment

· Familiarity with WHIMS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)

· Familiarity with inspection basics and job tracking reports

· Familiarity with basic computer use (find and access information, communication, task planning and organizing)

· Related PCB experience is a definite asset but not a mandatory requirement.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
