The Role:

As a Junior Recruiter, you will take pride in providing a high-level service and ensure we recruit the right people for our valued clients.

Working a long side, one of the industry leading teams, you will source and place candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Recruitment of temporary and permanent roles
- Manage and build relationships with new and existing clients
- Execute on recruitment strategies
- Advertise positions online through multiple platforms
- Source potential candidates using our database and other online tools
- Interview and access applications and resumes

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma
- Strong interpersonal,



presentation and communication skills in both Mandarin and English to successfully interface with clients and candidates
- Solid time management skills with demonstrated ability to priorities with ever-changing workloads
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid G driver’s licence with access to a vehicle

Working hours：

Monday-Friday 9AM-5:30PM;Sunday 10AM-1PM

Location: 14th & Woodbine, Markham

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Language:

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
