Artistic Stairs Ltd. is seeking experienced contract railing installers and installation crews for ongoing projects in Calgary, Edmonton, and surrounding areas.

The Opportunity:

This position is suited to independent railing installers or installation crews looking for steady contract work. Full time availability is preferred, but we are also interested in experienced contractors seeking part-time work to supplement their existing schedules.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret 2D and 3D railing layout drawings
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install railing components accurately
- Install decorative wood, metal, and glass railing systems
- Complete work according to project specifications and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers,



builders, and the Artistic Stairs team
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Complete installations within agreed project schedules

Contractor Requirements

- Proven railing installation experience
- Strong carpentry, measuring, and finishing skills
- Own reliable vehicle, tools, and installation equipment
- Valid driver’s licence
- Current liability insurance
- Current WCB coverage
- Ability to work independently and manage project schedules
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Professional communication and conduct on customer job sites
- Commitment to safe work practices
