About Us
We're Toothlife Media, a growing digital media company focused on creating evidence-based educational content in the oral health industry. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team on a long-term basis for approximately 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our social media presence, including:
- Scheduling and publishing content across multiple social media platforms
- Performing light video editing and formatting for social media
- Creating ideas for and publishing organic (non-sponsored) content
- Managing our content calendar and ensuring posts go live on schedule
- Organizing social media assets and maintaining workflow efficiency
- Communicating with our internal team regarding upcoming content and priorities

Requirements
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing social media accounts professionally
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented




- Can work independently while meeting deadlines
- Has basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
- Is familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing software
- Has excellent written English
- Understands current social media best practices and trends

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience using Rella for content planning and scheduling (or willingness to learn)
- Experience working with educational, healthcare, or personal brand content

Hours
- Approximately 15 hours per week

Skills Test

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
