Role Description This full-time Admissions Counselor role focuses on guiding prospective clients through study abroad and immigration-related admissions processes. The Admissions Counselor will respond to inquiries, conduct initial consultations, and provide accurate information about programs, admission requirements, and documentation. Daily tasks include assessing client eligibility, recommending suitable academic or immigration pathways, and coordinating application timelines with other team members. The role involves maintaining detailed records in internal systems, following up with leads, and ensuring that each client receives clear communication and consistent support. The Admissions Counselor will collaborate with licensed immigration professionals, contribute to process improvements, and uphold the company’s service standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and team members.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver timely, empathetic, and solution-oriented support throughout the admissions and immigration journey.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to manage leads, conduct consultations,



and guide prospective clients toward appropriate programs and services.
- Candidates should possess Education-related skills or experience, such as familiarity with international study programs, admissions processes, or academic counseling.
- Relevant additional qualifications include strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail in handling documentation, and proficiency with CRM or case management software.
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Education, Counseling, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in admissions, immigration services, or student recruitment.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 45.0 per week
