JJJ Equipment & Repair is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team.

What we offer:

- $60+/hour
- 14 days on / 14 days off
- Daily overtime after 8 hours
- Weekly overtime after 44 hours

The work:

You’ll be working on a variety of heavy-duty and off-road equipment, including:

- Caterpillar
- Komatsu
- John Deere
- And other heavy equipment and support vehicles

Your day-to-day work will include:

- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and related equipment issues
- Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshooting equipment in the field and in the shop
- Completing repairs efficiently and correctly the first time
- Communicating professionally with customers and the JJJ team




- Completing service reports, work orders and repair documentation
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Following all company and industry safety procedures

Who were looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced technician who:

- Holds a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician / Heavy Duty Mechanic ticket -Red Seal is preferred
- Has strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Is comfortable working independently in the field
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Works well with a team
- Has a strong commitment to safety
- Has a valid driver’s licence
- Can communicate effectively in English
