We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and fashion-minded Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sko & Boot and Thirty One & Main.

This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a strong interest in fashion, and current trends, and feels comfortable helping customers find the right products for their individual style, needs, and comfort.

What We’re Looking For

- Available to work 3–4 days per week
- Saturday availability (on average 2 a month) is a must
- Willing and able to rotate between both of our store locations, our shoe store Sko & Boot and our boutique Thirty One & Main
- Very comfortable and confident in a retail workplace
- Enjoys approaching customers and creating a welcoming shopping experience
- Able to provide knowledgeable advice on fashion, current trends, fit, comfort, and styling




- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Positive, energetic, and personable
- Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working with POS system
- Previous retail or sales experience is an asset
