Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Consultations

- Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with clients.
- Assist customers in selecting engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom jewelry.
- Understand client preferences, budgets, and design requirements.
- Provide product information, quotations, and personalized recommendations.
- Convert inquiries into sales and follow up with potential customers.
- Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

2. Order Management & Client Communication

- Manage customer orders from initial consultation through final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer preferences, order details, and timelines.
- Communicate with clients through phone calls, email, messaging, and virtual meetings.
- Provide regular updates on order progress, production, and delivery.
- Coordinate internally to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Handle customer questions and after-sales inquiries professionally.

3. Social Media Content Creation

- Create engaging short-form video content featuring diamonds, engagement rings, and jewelry.
- Produce content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Record product videos, educational content, and jewelry presentations.




- Develop creative ideas to showcase our products and increase brand awareness.
- Edit videos and prepare content for publishing.
- Complete designated content creation tasks remotely when appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience (required).
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable conducting sales consultations in person, over the phone, and virtually.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customer orders and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media videos.
- Basic video recording and editing skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Preferred but not required:

- Previous experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or high-value product sales.
- Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.
- Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, or CapCut.
- Experience with Shopify or CRM or customer relationship management software.

Jewelry industry experience is an asset, but we are willing to provide product training to candidates with solid sales experience.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
