Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures using a variety of hand and power tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards are met throughout every project. Responsibilities

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
- Construct, install, repair, and finish structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and cabinetry using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, walkways, or other structural elements.
- Install siding and drywall to specifications while ensuring smooth finishes and proper alignment.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like lifting heavy materials or preparing sites for construction.
- Conduct restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged woodwork or structural components.




- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work setting during all phases of construction.

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques including woodworking, concrete finishing, drywall installation, and siding application.
- Experience operating hand tools (saws, hammers, chisels), power tools (drills, sanders), and heavy equipment (forklifts, cranes).
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper body mechanics.
- Skilled in concrete forming and finishing processes with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with welding techniques for structural repairs or custom fabrications is a plus.
- Construction experience across residential or commercial projects demonstrating versatility in carpentry skills.
