We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. Your expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and understanding schematics will be essential in performing your duties effectively.

Duties

- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.




- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.

Requirements

- Familiarity with dealership practices is a plus but not required.
- Ability to weld is advantageous for certain repair tasks.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology are preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
