Workforce Inc. is seeking Document Control Clerks to support our clients’ mining operations.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize electronic and hard-copy project documentation, records, logs, and spreadsheets.
- Track daily labour hours, timesheets, overtime, and subcontractor hours.
- Track material deliveries, usage, delivery tickets, and supporting documentation.
- Receive and track supplier and subcontractor invoices and assist with reconciliation.
- Prepare daily labour, material, and project reports for internal and client submission.
- Follow up on missing or outstanding documentation, timesheets, invoices, and approvals.
- Support the Site Superintendent and project management team with general administrative duties.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, organized, and submitted on time.
- Communicate with site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction administration, document control, project coordination, site administration, or a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including spreadsheets, formulas, sorting, filtering, and data tracking.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, PDFs, and electronic file management.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced site office environment.
- Previous construction or jobsite experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with timesheets, labour tracking, material tracking, invoices, or client reporting is an asset.
- Mining, industrial, commercial, institutional, or infrastructure construction experience is an asset.
- Valid G class drivers licence and reliable transportation is required
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour

In accordance with pay transparency requirements, a salary range/hourly rate range has been provided. Compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
