Our client is seeking a customer-focused Parts Counter – Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, providing product expertise, and driving sales in a fast-paced counter environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers at the counter and assist with product inquiries, recommendations, and solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, features, and benefits
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Keep the counter and sales area clean, organized, and professional
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines





What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or counter sales preferred
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer service
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain attention to detail
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
