Member Service Representative

Note: Roblin, Manitoba is over 400 kms northwest (4.0 hours) from Winnipeg. Relocation is a requirement for this position. Candidates are expected to research and carefully consider the location before applying.

Travel will be required therefore candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license and be comfortable travelling in normal winter driving conditions.

The Position

As a Member Service Representative you will be one of the first points of contact for members, supporting day to day banking needs, while identifying opportunities to connect members with the products, services and advice that support their financial goals.

Key responsibilities include processing member transactions accurately, responding to member inquiries, promoting and explaining deposit products and services, identifying member needs, making appropriate referrals,



maintaining confidentiality and contributing to a positive branch experience.

The Person

The successful candidate will have a grade 12 diploma and 2 years job related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A commitment to member service must be evident with the ability to build and maintain relationships with members. The individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical and decision making abilities.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $21.29-$26.04 per hour
