About the Role

We're a growing commercial tire company looking for an outgoing, dependable individual who enjoys working with people and isn't afraid to take initiative.

For our Operations Support & Customer Service role, We're looking for someone who enjoys a role that combines customer interaction with occasional hands-on work. This position isn't strictly office-based, so applicants should be comfortable staying active throughout the day.

What You'll Do

- Visit customers
- Answer phones
- Learn the POS
- Help with marketing
- Detail trucks
- Organize inventory
- Help customers in the yard
- Pitch in wherever needed

What We're Looking For

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and building relationships.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to list up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software (experience with POS systems is an asset).




- A valid driver's license.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or the commercial trucking/automotive industry is an asset, but NOT required.
