- Working hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the possibility of increased hours after six months.
A day in the life:
- Enter parts orders and obtain quotes from suppliers
- Prepare customer quotes for parts orders using Business Vision Accounting Software
- Create purchase orders for suppliers in Business Vision
- Enter supplier invoices in Accounts Payable
- Enter invoices with appropriate costing in Business Vision
- Complete month-end sales reports in Excel using data from Business Vision
- Arrange shipping with freight carriers and prepare required documentation
- Enter engineering hours and maintain tracking spreadsheets in Excel
You bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with computerized accounting software
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in full cycle accounting
- Experience with Business Vision Accounting Software is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
