CP Water Hauling is a family-owned Canadian oilfield service company dedicated to providing reliable water, vacuum, and combo vac truck services across Western Canada. Established in 2004, the company has a strong focus on safety, service excellence, and team collaboration.

We are seeking an organized, self-motivated Regional Operations and Administration Coordinator to work out of our Sylvan Lake office. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and health & safety compliance tasks for our Edson branch. You will act as the vital link between Sylvan Lake Head Office standards and Edson field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Remote Branch Administration

- Streamline, coordinate and maintain day-to-day administrative workflows for the Edson operations from the Sylvan Lake office.
- Act as the primary administrative point of contact for Edson field staff, managing digital files such as ticket and timesheets.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for tracking regional branch operations.

2. Human Resource Administration

- Assist in onboarding new employees including, building and maintaining employee files (paper & digital), and coordinating and facilitating safety orientations for new Edson employees and third-party contractors.
- Monitor, track, and audit training tickets, safety certifications, and competency logs for Edson field personnel.
- Collect and verify employee timesheets to tickets for payroll and billing purposes.

3. HSE & Fleet Administration





- Organize safety meetings, track toolbox talk submissions, and document regional safety minutes.
- Review workplace inspection reports sent from the Edson site; log and track action items..
- Create driver profiles in Motive.
- Maintain and coach employees on proper driver logs, ensuring Federal Hours of Service compliance.
- Maintain and audit equipment records and incident reports.
- Register vehicles as required.
- Repairs and preventative maintenance work order tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Effective communication skills to engage team members at all levels and promote safety awareness.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
- Solid familiarity with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation.

Experience:

- Prior experience in trucking and/or oil & gas industries are highly preferred.
- Strong background in coordinating in-house and third-party safety training.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements related to oilfield services or similar sectors.
- Proficiency with safety compliance software (e.g., Workhub, ComplyWorks, 8am Solutions, etc.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
