We are looking for an FP& A Manager to join a long-term contract opportunity with a global company in Vancouver, British Columbia. This role will partner across corporate and operational teams to strengthen financial planning, cost recovery, reporting, and decision support in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical judgement, adaptability, and the ability to turn complex financial information into practical business insight. This position offers broad exposure across finance business partnering activities while supporting both ongoing priorities and key transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of cost recovery activities by reviewing consulting and service fee charges, validating accuracy, and ensuring amounts are appropriately assigned across projects and functions.
- Coordinate the distribution of shared service costs between global business units and head office, including oversight of site-specific cost-sharing arrangements.
- Complete monthly reconciliations and maintain rolling forecasts for cybersecurity-related charges and associated expenses to support accurate internal cost allocations.
- Lead year-end settlement activities for service charges and consulting recoveries by preparing analyses, processing adjustments, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain clear process documentation for recovery methodologies, controls, and recurring finance activities.
- Contribute to management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, multi-year planning, appropriation support, investment submissions,



and post-completion reviews in collaboration with business leaders.
- Provide financial analysis and business intelligence that supports strategic decisions, performance management, and evaluation of growth opportunities or special initiatives.
- Build financial models for short-term and long-range planning, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve tools, and enhance reporting effectiveness.
- Partner with finance subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into sound financial approaches and actionable recommendations.
- Support transformation-related work, including finance impacts associated with major corporate initiatives and cross-functional change programs.
- Proven experience in FP& A, corporate finance, or finance business partnering with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Strong capability in financial modelling, long-range planning, and translating analysis into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Experience working with cost allocation, cost recovery, shared services accounting, or similar financial governance activities.
- Advanced attention to detail with the ability to manage reconciliations, review complex data,



and maintain accuracy under changing priorities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced setting where priorities shift, with the judgement to adapt quickly and remain effective.
- Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving, including the confidence to seek out information and collaborate with the right experts.
- Ability to simplify financial concepts, improve processes, and drive efficiencies across reporting and planning activities.
- Experience with SAP or comparable enterprise financial systems is considered an asset.
