We’re Hiring: Bilingual Business Development Representative

We are a Guatemalan Recruiter worker Agency name Human Resources Outsourcing our Agency is seeking a motivated professional to expand our agricultural recruitment services in Ontario.

Location: Southern and Southwestern Ontario

Schedule: Part-time, 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

Pay: CAD $25/hour plus commission

Work Arrangement: Hybrid and field-based

HRO has more than 13 years of experience recruiting temporary foreign agricultural workers for employers in Quebec, British Columbia and Ontario.

Responsibilities

- Contact farms and greenhouse employers.
- Make at least 10 prospecting calls daily.
- Send emails, schedule meetings and conduct employer visits.
- Work toward securing one new employer client per week.
- Present HRO’s recruitment services.
- Refer new clients to our recruitment and immigration consulting teams.




- Coordinate employer documents and workers’ travel and arrival information.
- Maintain follow-up records and weekly reports.

Requirements

- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Sales, business development or recruitment experience.
- Knowledge of agricultural recruitment, LMIAs or the Temporary Foreign Worker Program is preferred.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Canadian work experience is not required.
