A&A; Marine Foods is currently accepting applications for a position as a Fish Cutter on our morning shift.

This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold processing environment.

What You’ll Do

- Cut, fillet, and debone raw lake fish
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety and workplace health procedures
- Meet daily production targets
- Support other general labour tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in fish filleting or seafood processing is an asset




- Comfortable standing for long periods and doing repetitive work
- Able to work in cold, wet, and odorous environments
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Must provide your own rubber boots
- Must have own transportation – no public transit available

Shift Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift (7:00am start)
- Occasional weekends as needed
