Residential Maintenance Handyperson

We are looking for a reliable general worker for light repair and maintenance work on residential properties located throughout Edmonton and area. Responsible for performing multiple repair and maintenance tasks, which could include, but is not limited to: fixing broken cabinets, small painting jobs, fixing leaky toilets, repair flooring, trouble shoot and report issues, replace light fixtures, smoke detectors, changing locks, etc. Appliance Repair is an asset.

We will be relying on you to keep our properties in good condition by doing various odd jobs.

- Attention to detail Ability to multi task Knowledge in many aspects of residential repair and maintenance work Dependability Verbal communication Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions 3 or more years handyman or related experience Must be a team player and treat co-workers with respect Regular and reliable attendance is expected





Duties and Responsibilities

- Electrical: replacing light bulbs, light fixtures, smoke detectors, etc Painting: general sanding and painting of small areas Facility Repairs: fixing leaky faucets, toilets, change doors, door knobs, locks, broken tiles, staining, etc.

Requirements

- Experience with hardware tools and equipment Basic understanding of electrical, and plumbing Valid driver's license with minimum 5 years valuable driving record Apply with a resume and wage expectations to [email protected]

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
