We specialize in furnace, duct, carpet, and septic cleaning services.

As we enter our busy fall season, we are looking for a reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team and assist our Truck Foremen on job sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Setup & Teardown: Prepare the service truck upon arrival, route and connect heavy-duty vacuum hoses, and properly pack away all equipment at job completion.
- Technician Assistance: Work alongside the Truck Lead by assisting with in-and-out tasks between the truck and the home while the lead works on the main furnace and trunk lines.
- Cleaning Execution: Cover vents, whip supply and return vents, and operate commercial cleaning equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely.
- Customer Interaction:



Serve as a polite, professional presence in clients' homes, treating their property with care and respect.
- Shop & Fleet Maintenance: Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining our service trucks, tools, and shop facilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License (Required).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy lifting, maneuver equipment, and manage frequent indoor/outdoor physical activity throughout the shift.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience using basic hand and power tools safely.
- Soft Skills: Robust communication skills, tight time-management habits, and a clean, professional appearance.
- Experience: Prior furnace, duct, or carpet cleaning experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is most important.
- Language: English proficiency preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
