Our client is seeking a Collision Advisor to join their team.

The Collision Advisor is the key link between customers and the repair team, ensuring customers receive explicit communication and a positive experience throughout the repair process. The Collision Advisor is responsible for:
- Greeting customers and noting their vehicle concerns
- Explaining the repair process, timelines, and recommended repairs to customers
- Scheduling repairs and communicating with technicians and parts department
- Preparing and maintaining invoices, and other documentation
- Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conducting final walk-arounds with customers to confirm quality and satisfaction
- Staying current with autobody repair vocabulary and industry standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Collision Advisor or in a related automotive or customer service role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and repair shop management, estimating, scheduling, or invoicing software
- Knowledge of autobody repair processes, parts, and repair procedures an asset
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Flexibility required to start earlier and stay late when needed
· Eight-hour shifts
- No weekend work
