Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories through knowledgeable advice and product recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism
- Manage inventory levels, perform order fulfillment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships
- Utilize communication skills to negotiate prices, upsell products, and promote special offers or marketing campaigns
- Maintain organized records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory using service software or other organizational tools
- Support maintenance of the retail space by ensuring cleanliness,



organization, and adherence to safety standards

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with powersports/ lawn care repair parts is highly preferred
- Experience with POS systems and retail sales environments is advantageous
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar inventory management software is beneficial
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and negotiation abilities
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and record keeping
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while maintaining professionalism
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales management concepts is desirable
- Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory management are essential
