Peyto is currently seeking qualified Contract Field Operators for an immediate prospect in the Brazeau area.

The Field Operator is responsible for but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

· Well, pipeline and facility operations.

· Start-up and shut down of all well site equipment.

· Help organize and schedule regular maintenance.

· Assist with shutdowns and turnarounds as necessary.

· Communicate and execute potential optimization opportunities.

· Investigate and explore ways to reduce operating costs.

· Report any unusual or critical operating conditions on well facilities.

· Ensure standard operating procedures are developed and followed by all personnel.

· Follow all regulatory compliance guidelines.





· Perform minor mechanical repair and maintenance.

· Keep all operational areas in safe, orderly and compliant conditions.

· Ensure daily production reports are all correct and balance.

· Perform all duties in a safe and conscience manner.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years of oil & gas operating experience

· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

· All applicable safety tickets (H2S and First Aid)

· Experience with field runs and gas plant operations

· Demonstrated reliability, self-sufficiency, and strong problem-solving skills

· Preference will be given to applicants who reside in the Rocky Mountain House area
