Are you passionate about food? Truffles Fine Foods is seeking experienced and energetic cooks to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about food, self-motivated and able to work well as a part of a team. They will work in our busy South Vancouver commissary kitchen as well as being offered the chance to work events around the Lower Mainland and at our exclusive venues.

Essential Duties:

- Responsible for all Events, assigned clients and client care
- Be a team player, reliable, communicate efficiently
- Manage, create and send proposals in coordination with other team members when necessary
- Answering general sales phones when necessary
- Monthly reporting of customer feed back and addressing all customer service issue
- Client maintenance follow ups
- Problem Solving

Operations Duties:

- Reviewing all scheduling for event staff, drivers, kitchen, dishwashers, etc
- Recruiting event staff
- Ensuring all services and food meet Truffles quality standards
- Ensuring all event staff are working cohesively




- Review all communication between Shift Managers and Lead Chefs at Events
- Provide feedback and report any issues from all events
- Perform site visits and final client meetings
- Pack lists
- Checking all event orders
- Checking over all event logistics
- Coordination with venues, vendors and event planners
- Checking over driver sheets
- Front of House Management
- Catering Staff Training
- Overseeing all event equipment (damage, new items, repairs, vans and overall appearance)

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the catering and event industry
- Previous event management experience
- Required valid Drivers License

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
