Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their licensing needs and provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing
- solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and licensing models to effectively advise clients on the best solutions for their specific needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and promote Microsoft licensing solutions.




- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client needs to create tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Clearly communicate complex licensing information to clients in a way that is easy to understand and relevant to their business.
- Work closely with the Microsoft team to stay informed about new products and updates and provide feedback on client needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Microsoft licensing division.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training, seminars, and self-study to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Act as a brand ambassador for THINQ, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes for client onboarding, licensing renewals, and other related tasks.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards while carrying out job responsibilities.
- Manage Microsoft licensing administration and provisioning through TD SYNNEX Stellr and applicable Microsoft portals, including customer onboarding, subscription provisioning, license changes, renewals, billing terms, and ongoing subscription management. Maintain accurate customer and licensing records while ensuring changes are completed efficiently and in accordance with Microsoft CSP and NCE requirements.
- Proactively review customer licensing within Stellr and Microsoft management portals to identify renewal risks, licensing gaps, underutilized subscriptions, optimization opportunities, and potential upgrades or additional Microsoft Cloud solutions.

Job Qualifications:

- Post secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science/ Analyst or equivalent.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 [MS-900] and Azure [AZ-900]) are considered an asset.
- Fluency in both French and English languages,



with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Licensing Programs, including Volume Licensing, Cloud Solutions, And Software Assurance.
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate Microsoft Products and Solutions to clients, both in-person and remotely.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Additional Microsoft certifications are considered a nice-to-have and may include;
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: AI Business Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $60,000 and $90,000 per year. This range can vary depending on factors such as experience, skills, and specific company targets. In addition to the salary, THINQ also offers opportunities for:

- Performance-based bonus participation
- Compensation growth based on skill development and experience
- Participation in our subsidized benefits package after 3 months
- Pension program eligibility after 1 year
