Location: Oakville/Mississauga, ON
Pay: $22.00/hr
Shifts: 8:30-5pm and 12pm- 8:30pm (do not rotate)

We’re hiring skilled Forklift Operators for a busy3PL distribution centre in Oakville. If you’re confident on Raymond Reach, High Reach Order Picker, or Counterbalance, this is a outstanding opportunity to join a stable, well‑organized warehouse with consistent hours and a strong safety culture.

Day and Afternoon shift available 10am - 6:30pm do not rotate

Raymond Reach and Counter Balance experience

Order Pickers - with fall arrest certified

Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately, ensuring that all items are selected according to customer specifications.
- RFP experience -- Zebra Scanners
- Pick full pallet orders as well as case picking
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring that all materials are handled with care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating forklifts,



including Raymond Reach, Counterbalance and Order pickers.
- Prefer experience in Logistic companies, distribution centers
- Ability to pick orders in a timely manner with Zebra
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid Fall Arrest licence
- Case picking experience
