Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator – Montessori School

Location: Calgary, Alberta
Position: Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 or 3)
Schedule: Full-Time 10:00am-6:00pm

What You’ll Do

- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Incorporate Montessori principles into daily classroom experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized classroom environment.
- Move between classrooms as needed to support children and the team.
- Follow Alberta childcare regulations, health and safety requirements, and school policies.

What We’re Looking For





- Level 2 or 3 Early Childhood Educator certification in Alberta – required.
- Previous childcare or early learning experience.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Flexible and comfortable working in different classrooms and adapting to changing needs.
- Positive, qualified, and team-oriented.
- Montessori experience or knowledge of the Montessori philosophy is an asset.
- Current First Aid/CPR and other required certifications.
