- Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Supporting clients in managing their finances, reviewing documents submitted by branch partners to ensure they meet legal requirements, and processing them if accurate or following up when needed.
- How much time is being spent in meetings; 30 min daily
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external): Internal

MUST HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) Fully bilingual in English and French- written and verbal
2.)2-4 years of banking experience is required
2.) Prior experience in an SLA based role
3.) Microsoft 365 proficiency- Excel, Outlook, and Word
4.) Comfortable using AI technology

Power of Attorney (POA) team reviews all documents submitted by our branch partners to ensures that they are in accordance with our policies/procedures, the province legislation and that any necessary supplementary documentation is included. If the documents meet all requirements accounts will be message according . If not, the package is return with a standard deficiency message.
