We are recruiting Nurse Practitioners for the medical clinic.

Shifts: 9:00am-4:00pm (Monday to Friday)/occasional weekends

Job Summary:

As a key member of the care team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary care services. Your well developed judgment will enable you to perform routine nursing duties, and your strong interpersonal skills will ensure that the emotional and physical comforts of clients are met. You will confidently direct staff involved in client care, and manage stressful situations with poise and professionalism. You are committed to quality, and implement physicians' orders with accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:





Arrange and/or provide client care by utilizing the skills of observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling and health teaching.

Experience:

At least one year of recent experience in Practitioner Nursing. We do accept new nursing graduates who will be evaluated on an individual basis.

Education:

- Active registration as “Registered Nurse (Extended Class)” with the College of Nurses of Ontario- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate- Current vulnerable sector background check- Have robust communication, planning and organizational skills- Have advanced Clinical Skills

Pay: $90.00-$100.00 per hour

- CNO Membership (required)
