Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a diverse restaurant team, fostering a positive and accountable work environment
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service, food quality, and guest experience meet established standards
- Manage operational costs, revenue, labour, and budgets to support business performance
- Monitor inventory and maintenance needs to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Train, coach,



and develop team members and emerging leaders
- Conduct performance discussions and provide ongoing feedback to support employee growth
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house leadership to maintain consistent operational standards

What You Bring:

- Previous leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or in another restaurant leadership role
- Strong understanding of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- A people-focused leadership style with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- A commitment to fostering a positive and supportive team culture
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $62,500.00-$70,000.00 per year
