Experienced Dental Receptionist with 3+ years of experience in fast-paced dental

practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a skilled, patient-

focused approach. Fluent in both English and Spanish (an asset), enabling effective

communication with a diverse patient population.

Proficient in Tracker dental practice management software, including appointment

scheduling, patient registration, insurance processing, billing, treatment coordination,

and maintaining accurate patient records is a must. Skilled at managing busy front desks,

coordinating multiple providers' schedules, and delivering exceptional customer service

while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Key Qualifications:

● 3+ years of dental reception experience

● Fluent in English and Spanish (An asset)





● Experience with Tracker dental software is a must

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Appointment scheduling and patient coordination

● Insurance verification and claims processing

● Billing and payment collection

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
