Duties

- Operate amusement rides safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist guests with boarding, securing safety restraints, and providing ride instructions
- Monitor ride operations continuously to ensure proper functioning and guest safety
- Enforce ride height and health restrictions, communicating clearly with guests about safety rules
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of ride areas before, during, and after operation
- Handle cash transactions for ride tickets or wristbands accurately and responsibly




- Support food service or guest services stations as needed to enhance overall fair experience

Experience

- Prior experience working with children or in customer service is highly desirable
- Comfortable engaging in public speaking to explain safety instructions or answer guest inquiries
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately in fast-paced environments
- Food service or hospitality experience is a plus for supporting various fair activities
- Ability to remain alert, attentive, and proactive during busy periods to ensure safety and guest satisfaction
