Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely towing vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely response to roadside assistance requests. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle operations, safety procedures, and the ability to handle various towing situations efficiently. The Tow Truck Operator plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and satisfaction of our customers while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles from accident sites, breakdowns, or parking violations
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and provide professional customer service
- Inspect vehicles for damages and document conditions prior to towing
- Secure vehicles properly using appropriate equipment and techniques to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of tow trucks to ensure optimal operation
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during operations
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers,



and team members regarding job status and vehicle details
- Assist with basic automotive mechanical troubleshooting when necessary

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and towing equipment
- Strong customer service skills with a skilled demeanor
- Experience operating forklifts or similar heavy machinery is a plus
- Valid BC Drivers License with appropriate endorsements for towing operations
- Automotive repair skills are advantageous for troubleshooting minor issues on-site
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions and handle stressful situations calmly
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with traffic regulations

Candidate must live or have accommodations located in the Westshore Area. Area to be approved by the Company

- Days of work are Friday 07:00hrs thru to Tuesday evening 19:00hrs.

Pay: $1,500.00-$5,000.00 per month
