Major Work Area: - Residential - Fredericton, NB area
Specific Skills: - Executing framing/construction duties proficiently, such as: framing, roofing, siding, insulation installation, stair construction and basic drywall. - Previous framing experience with little to moderate knowledge a must. - Blueprint reading not necessary but considered an asset.
Own Tools/Equipment: - Hard Hat - Steel Toe Boots - Own hand tools preferred, not needed (ex: tool belt)
Transportation: - Own transportation OR reliable transportation
Personal Suitability: - Team player - Focused - Reliability - Flexibility -Self starter and fast learner
Pay is dependent upon experience. Will train the ideal candidate with basic construction skills.
Salary: Pay based on Experience
Work hours: 40+ hours per week
