Interim Hotel Manager

Crash Hotel | Downtown Squamish, BC
Temporary, Full-Time | In-Person Position

This is your opportunity to lead one of the coolest boutique hotels around, nestled between the mountains and ocean in vibrant Squamish, BC.

The Vibe

Crash Hotel isn’t a typical boutique hotel. Our 27 rooms sit above some of the liveliest bars in town. We have no parking—but we make up for it with our dog-friendly, bike-friendly energy, unbeatable downtown location and bold personality.

Guests come for the adventure, stay for the vibe and remember us for our style, attitude and ease. We are proud to be different—and our guests love us for it.

The Role

As Interim Hotel Manager, you are the hands-on leader and heartbeat of the operation. You will oversee the team, guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, systems and daily financial performance.

This is not a remote or desk-based management role. You will be regularly present at the hotel, connected to employees and willing to step into any area when needed. That may include checking in guests, inspecting or cleaning rooms, supporting housekeeping, restocking supplies or helping resolve maintenance issues.

A major focus of this role is employee relations. You will build trust, keep employees engaged and motivated, recognize good work, address concerns early and hold the team accountable to clear standards.

Crash Hotel operates 24/7. The manager is responsible for creating reliable systems and team coverage for after-hours needs. However, as the senior operational leader, you are also the last line of defence when a serious guest, staffing, safety, security or property issue cannot be resolved by the team.
