Are you passionate about holistic wellness and providing exceptional customer service? TruRelief Wellness is seeking a dedicated part-time receptionist to join our team. We offer a range of professional services, including massage, acupuncture, osteopathy and physiotherapy, in a welcoming setting.

Responsibilities:

Your position may include, but is not limited to:

- Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable
- Manage appointment scheduling and assist clients with bookings
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Verify client insurance coverage, process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Collaborate with and assist practitioners to ensure smooth operations
- Update and maintain medical records and documentations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Cleanup of common areas including laundry and washroom, maintain organization of the front desk

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling software)
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Quick learner and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Quick response and ability to deal with difficult situations

Job Type: Part time or Full time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
