Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: High Level, Alberta

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake donuts, muffins and other bakery products according to established recipes and production requirements.
- Prepare icings, frostings and toppings.
- Frost, finish and decorate baked goods.
- Operate bakery equipment and machinery.
- Ensure baked products meet established quality and freshness standards.
- Follow daily bakery production schedules
- Complete and maintain daily bakery production records, including production times, temperatures, quantities and product waste.
- Monitor bakery inventory and supplies and identify items that need to be ordered.




- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and follow food-safety procedures.

Requirements

- Completion of high school or Canadian equivalent.
- Previous baking or food-production experience is an asset.
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules.
- Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
