Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

The Dental Spot is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and patient-focused Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing team.

About the Role

As our Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping patients move forward with the care they need. You will work closely with our dentists and clinical team to ensure patients clearly understand their recommended treatment, associated costs, financing options, and next steps.

You will be a key point of contact between the clinical and administrative sides of the practice and will help create a smooth, positive patient experience from consultation through treatment acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and present dental treatment plans to patients in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
- Educate patients about recommended procedures, treatment timelines, costs, and available options.
- Build trust and rapport with patients while addressing questions and concerns.
- Discuss payment options, dental insurance coverage, and financing solutions.
- Follow up with patients who have outstanding or unscheduled treatment.
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and help patients navigate their next steps.
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and the front desk team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plan documentation.
- Track treatment acceptance and follow-up opportunities.
- Help ensure patients have an exceptional experience throughout their treatment journey.




- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a patient-first approach at all times.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a dental office, preferably in treatment coordination, dental administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and payment options.
- Confident, warm, and empathetic communication style.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to explain complex dental information in a simple and approachable way.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help patients.
- Experience with dental practice management software is an asset.
