Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a leadership role as an Agency Consultant & Admin. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Requirements:
- Must be living in Peel Region
- Must be willing to travel to visit Agency daycare locations in Peel Region.
- Not a student
- Does not require sponsorship or LMIA/ONIP support
- Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE)
- 5+ years of experience working in a childcare setting
- Strong demonstrated ECE knowledge
- Knowledge of developing and implementing age-appropriate activities for children from infant to kindergarten age
- Teamwork Skills
- Communication skills, ability to express self well, confident
- Mentoring/Coaching – the ability to give feedback constructively
- Interpersonal skills – can interact with others in an encouraging way and can work in a team
- Organizational skills – very detailed, has methods to stay organized
