The Role: Beyond Bartending

As our Mixologist, you will be responsible for far more than pouring drinks. Your core duties will include:

- Signature Cocktail Development: Designing, costing, and implementing original, seasonal cocktail recipes that align with our brand and menu concept.
- Artisanal Preparation: Creating and maintaining house-made ingredients, including syrups, infusions, bitters, and unique garnishes, ensuring consistent quality.
- Expert Service: Providing engaging, personalized service, confidently making recommendations, and sharing knowledge about our spirits and menu items with guests.
- Efficient Operations:



Executing high-volume service with speed and precision while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Compliance: Strictly adhering to all local and national responsible alcohol service laws.

What We're Looking For

We need a candidate who possesses both the technical skills of a professional bartender and the creative spark of a mixologist:

- 2+ years of proven experience in a high-volume or upscale craft cocktail setting.
- Advanced knowledge of spirit categories, flavor profiles, and classical cocktail foundations.
- Experience with advanced techniques (e.g., clarification, fat-washing, tinctures) is a significant asset.
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
- High level of accountability, reliability, and professionalism.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour

- Bartending: 3 years (preferred)
