Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and skilled Scaffolders at various experience levels, from first-year apprentices to seasoned journeymen, to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding structures that ensure safe and efficient access to work areas on diverse construction projects. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality building projects. All positions are paid, emphasizing our commitment to fair compensation for your expertise and effort.
Responsibilities
- Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine scaffold layout and requirements
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively during assembly and disassembly processes
- Ensure all scaffolding is secure, secure, and compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers to facilitate smooth workflow
- Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding for safety hazards or damage; perform necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety checks completed
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate scaffold setup
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, wrenches) and power tools (drills, grinders)
- Experience with construction methods including concrete forming, masonry, drywall installation, and carpentry
- Knowledge of construction estimating principles for material needs and project timelines
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required for site access or material handling
- Familiarity with scaffolding safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Basic electrical experience or plumbing knowledge is a plus for collaborating on integrated projects
- Competence in construction painting, tile laying, flooring installation, caulking, concrete finishing, restoration work, cabinet installation, welding, or masonry enhances versatility

Pay: $27.18-$43.65 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
