Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists to foster a collaborative care environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, daily routines, and any incidents or observations relevant to their development.




- Organize classroom materials, manage schedules efficiently, and ensure the learning space remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Use computer skills to document activities, update records, and communicate with families through digital platforms.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in a daycare or early childhood education setting is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education environments is a strong asset.
- Demonstrated ability to lead engaging classroom activities while managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English to facilitate communication with diverse families and team members.
