Position: Support Work Team Lead

Location: Personal Residence in Teulon, MB

Schedule: Full-time (preferred) or part-time available

Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Work Team Lead for a middle-aged male living in his own home in Teulon, MB.

Responsibilities Include:

- Developing a strong relationship with the individual, getting to know his interests and needs
- Helping the individual participate in the community and connect with others
- Supporting the individual in his day to day life, including completing tasks such as grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and administering medication
- Building and leading a team of staff to support the individual

Requirements:

- Full driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills required
- Willingness to engage in the community required
- Support work experience,



including knowledge of supporting challenging behaviors, will be considered an asset
- Sense of humour will be an asset

Safety and Security:

- Transparent criminal record check with vulnerable sector search required
- Adult abuse registry check required
- CPR/emergency first aid certificate or willingness to obtain upon hire required
- NVCI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) training will be considered an asset
