Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Legal Assistant for our Personal Injury Division in Calgary. You will support our legal team, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver excellent service to our clients.

What You Will Do

- Prepare, file, and serve legal documents like pleadings and motions.
- Organize electronic files and keep all documentation up to date.
- Manage calendars, appointments, legal proceedings, and meetings for lawyers.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical practitioners.
- Help prepare for questionings, mediations, trials, and handle undertakings.
- Answer client inquiries and manage general administrative office tasks.

What We Are Looking For

- Legal Assistant diploma, certificate, or equivalent training.




- Past experience as a litigation or personal injury legal assistant.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and legal software.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and a commitment to strict client confidentiality.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
