Graystone Brewing is looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and hard-working individual to join our production team as a Brewery Operations Assistant.

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day operation of the brewery. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in keeping a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Washing and preparing kegs
- Filling kegs
- Supporting our canning line, including box preparation, packing cases of beer, and palletizing
- Cleaning draft lines
- General brewery cleaning and organization
- Assisting the production team with other brewery tasks as required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 kg
- Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Previous brewery or beverage-production experience is considered an asset, but is not required
